Reference is made within this patent's original document and within the data entered on the Hungarian website to an international priority date 1908-08-14. We are gathering data on German patents filed on this date. Patent FR-1909-403306 also makes reference to said earlier filing date, and specifies the earlier patent being German.
In terms of this Hungarian patent itself, this is another rare case of the date of “Publication/disclosure” as entered on the patent's data entered within with Hunarian website being later than the “Megjelent (year). évi (month) hó (day)-én (or án)” as displayed on the original document. Fortunately, this does not affect our year granted.
