This British patent is stamped "Void: Sealing Fee Not Paid".

This airplane features not only wheels which raise and pivot forward, but a likewise pivoted propeller, which is switched to a horizontal position in the course of landing, the aircraft then moving "in the manner of an automobile without danger over all unevennesses of ground".

Reference is made herein to a German patent dated 28 April 1913. All text is in the first person plural, with the "we" identifying simply as "manufacturers". Patent DE-1913-04-28 E. Rumpler Luftfahrzeugbau G.m.b.H.;
