„Für diese ist gemäß dem Unionsvertrage vom 2. Juni 1911 die Priorität auf Grund der Anmeldungen in Österreich vom 12. März und 29. März 1918 beansprucht.“

That is,

“According to the Union Treaty of June 2, 1911, priority is claimed for these on the basis of the registrations in Austria of March 12 and March 29, 1918.”

In keeping with our observations on patent dates, we are treating 1918-04-25 "Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom" shown on this original as exactly one day after the filing date
