Patent FR-1910-417864 was filed some months later than this Austrian patent. This French patent incidentally makes no reference to Alexander Suwada, who may or may not have been the inventor. We may or may not be dealing with a case in which an inventor filed in collaboration with a firm, and was exluded(?), for lack of a better word, from subsequent filings.

"Suwada" may likely be a Hungarian family name. To the best of knowledge "Biró" is as well.

We have nothing on the specific "Aktien-Gesellschaft", or "Aktiengesellschaft", in question. See Company types.
