[[Patent FR-1910-417864]] was filed some months later than this Austrian patent. This French patent incidentally makes no reference to [[Alexander Suwada]], who may or may not have been the inventor. We may or may not be dealing with a case in which an inventor filed in collaboration with a firm, and was exluded(?), for lack of a better word, from subsequent filings.
"Aktien-Gesellschaft R. Ph. Waagner - L. & J. Biró & A. Kurz und Alexander Suwada" is the applicant on the original of this patent. We have every reason to believe that "Aktien-Gesellschaft R. Ph. Waagner - L. & J. Biró & A. Kurz" is the name of a firm, and that [[Alexander Suwada]] is the inventor, not mentioned these Austrian filings.
"Suwada" may likely be a Hungarian family name. To the best of knowledge "Biró" is as well. [[Alexander Suwada]] may be a Hungarian inventor.
We have nothing on the specific "Aktien-Gesellschaft", or "Aktiengesellschaft", in question. See [[Company types]].
