We have little on Oskar Ursinus, though we are cross-referencing his writings and his patents filed. He was a German “Private Engineer”, living in Frankfurt[1], known in Hungary as Ursinus Oszkár. He seems to have been active as a aero-theoretical writer, and editor, notably of Zeitschrift Flugsport, treated sometimes simply as Flugsport.
