Menier family

We believe the many persons named Menier who registered patents were family members. They co-authored many patents. I am currently looking into whether a certain Alexandre Menier is of the same family. "Louis" and "Anacharsis" are specifically described described as brothers, within the original of an earlier patent. "Ménier" and "Menier" are often used interchangeably, within single originals.

Again, in all cases, the accent mark seems to be variably applied ; both "Ménier" and "Menier" are used in French surname listings, and turn up in searches.
