French patent agent M. Zerolo has entered into our data modestly, though not negligibly. We should have more on him later.

We sometimes have simply “Zérolo”.[1] We sometimes have “Zerolo”.[2] The inconsistent accent aigu within such a non-French name reflects a patchy comportment with French norms. It is fairly likely that the “M.” in “M. Zerolo” stands for “Monsieur”.
