Arnal was an aero inventor located at chaussée de Waterloo, 528, Brussels, Belgium, whom we have working in collaboration with the much more prolific Henry Félix Villard.[1] It seems likely that Villard was the more broadly aero-oriented, if you will, with Arnal being helpful in terms of highly specific mechanical aspects.
