Hermann Panschar was an aero inventor, whom we have consistently as being located within Berlin, and as affiliated with the “Criminal Police” (Búnügyi Rendór).[1]

Possibly he is the same person as this, born in 1883 in Wildeshausen, who later had a role as a Criminal District Secretary in the Third Reich.[2]
