Henry Hyman Salomons

Henry Hyman Salomons was an engineer with the Imperial Continental Gas Association (a City of London corporation doing business internationally)[1] in Brussels; on Patent GB-1913-19954 he gives his occupation as Gentleman and a location in Austria.

Salmons internationally filed patents for an arrangement of floats and wheels allowing an aircraft to alight on land or water.

He retired from the gas company in 1912, by which time had become Engineer-in-Chief in Brussels and been decorated by the King of Belgium with the Ordre de la Coronne. He was involved with gas associations across Europe.[2][3]

When he died in 1919 he had addresses in the London area as well.[4]
