Henri Boutigny

Henri Boutigny was a French aero inventor, located within département Seine, and registering one patent in collaboration with Antoine-Padoue Filippi. Their shared patent had to do with a framework of propeller support, with a the "système Filippi" of propellers being a handy "example" of propellers with which this innovation could be applied.
