Edouard Jean Bigourdan was an aero inventor and self-described engineer and gentleman who filed patents from Maisse, département Seine-et-Oise, France. On two patents we see "Edmond", instead of "Edouard". Both are patenting in collaboration with Alexis Beurrier. Are they the same person or not? Assuming the same person for now.

We have some growing data on location changes on the part of Édouard-Jean Bigourdan, as such, filing from Montguyon, département Charente-Inférieure, France.[1] We have him later filing from département Seine-Inférieure, France.[2] We have Edmond Bigourdan, as such, filing from within Seine-et-Oise, in collaboration with Alexis Beurrier, filing from within Charente-Inférieure.[3]

These are odd relations. It is not impossible that Alexis Beurrier worked collaboratively with two likely related Bigourdan, sharing the location data Montguyon, Charente-Inférieure with one of them.

We have Edmond Bigourdan, as such, filing in simultaneous collaboration with Alexis Beurrier and Louis Lacoin.[4]
