Der Motorwagen, also called Der Motorwagen, was the organ of the Automobil- und Flugtechnische Gesellschaft. (Early volumes call it the journal of the Mitteleuropäischen Motorwagen-Vereins, which might have changed its name.)

It was published in Berlin W 50, Nürnberger Platz Nr. 5, by civil engineer Robert Conrad.

Scans are available on HathiTrust from 1898 through 1927 (and potentially onwards).

Clearly the group and its newspaper evolved from a focus on automobiles to include the field of aviation. It also covered motorboats and perhaps other related areas.Der Motorwagen published a briefings of German patents, sometimes separated under the header "Flugtechnische Patentschau", sometimes with different vehicle types together. Aero patents are listed under Klasse 77h.
