Gabriel Borel, designer

"Messrs. Delacombe and Marechal" had "the agency for Borel machines in Great Britain."[1]

firm built Borel Bo.11 for Aeronautique Militaire, France, and for British Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) as a seaplane. (Unknown whether under contract to Borel or with Borel license.)
