Béla Dőry Jobaházi, Jobaházi Dőry Béla more properly in Magyar, was an aero inventor, whom we first have an "Imperial and Royal Chamberlain" (Cs. és Kir. Kamarás"), in Budapest.[1] "Dőry" is actually the family name, though they are "of Jobaház".

We have him as "Imperial and Royal Chamberlain" (Cs. és Kir. Kamarás), filing in collaboration with Ernő Bajtay and Árpád Zigány, with all three inventors being treated as being situated in Budapest.[2]

We have him as "Imperial and Royal Chamberlain Landowner" (Cs. és Kir. Kamarás Földbirtokos), in Zsitvagyarmat (redirecting to Žitavce, now in Slovakia, very likely contemporaneously in Hungary), filing in collaboration with Ernő Bajtay and Árpád Zigány.[3]

We have him again as "Imperial and Royal Chamberlain Landowner", still in Zsitvagyarmat, filing in collaboration with Árpád Zigány.[4]

Though numeric results, as pertaining to aero, show slightly less collaborative work with Ernő Bajtay than with Árpád Zigány, 1914-1920 applicant Bajtay Espacenet results show significant work between Béla Dőry and Bajtay in the fields of ignition and internal combustion. These results reflect French and German name conventions, and the "de" in "Béla de Döry", along with the "von" in the case of "Béla von Dőry", may suggest an hereditary title. As a matter of fact, these results leave out "Jobaházi" altogether. We've found out via an unrelated article that there was noble Dőry family on Hungarian Wikipedia, of Jobaház.
