Frithiof Gustaf Ericson was the chief engineer.
This company produced the JN-4 aircraft purchased by the Candadian government, then sold in the US after the war, which were the grounds for Curtiss Aeroplane & Motor Corporation v. United Aircraft Engineering Corporation. Ericson bought these airplanes on behalf of United Engineering Corporation.
