The Aktiebolaget Aviatorer company was formed to exploit Boo Henning Wallin's machine. Wallin was the Manager of the Material Testing Department of the Chalmers Institute at Gothenburg (Goteborg, or Gøteborg). "Aktiebolaget" means "joint stock company."[1] Based on the timing of that statement, the company was probably founded in 1906 or 1907.

This is, interestingly, one of a few cases in which we have a firm whose existence revolves fundamentally around one basic development. The cosmopolitanism of this firm's patent filing is fairly extraordinary, and perhaps odd in that Great Britain and the United States seem to have been left out, though our data may evolve in this respect.

There are more patents to add, most certainly, with the actual patent designated as Patent SE-1906-07-16 being most crucial.
