The Zeppelinstiftung zur Förderung der Luftfahrt or Zeppelin Foundation for Promotion of Airship Navigation was a fund created in 1908 to develop Zeppelins in 1908 after Ferdinand von Zeppelin ran out of money.[1][2]

It was the "exclusive shareholder" of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin G. m. b. H. .[3]

"When Count Zeppelin died in 1917 his assistants were placed under obligations to carry on the work and administer the Zeppelin Endowment according to the original terms which do not limit its activities to national boundaries, but encourage the development of aerial navigation throughout the world."[4]

Still exists; has website; not necessarily all focused on airship navigation, but it does maintain a Zeppelin museum. Located in Friedrichshafen, on Lake Constance.[5]
