William Woods Plankinton was the president of the Vacu-Aerial Navigation and Manufacturing Company, circa 1907.[1]

He was assigned 1/2 of ownership of several of Anthony Rudolph Silverston's patents. Silverston was general manager of the same company. It appears to have been involved with dirigible balloons that had fixed wing attachments, a hybrid design.

The company is only visible right around 1907.
