Sidney Herbert Hollands was an engineer and aero inventor who filed patents from 61 Parliament Hill Mansions, Lissenden Gardens, Highgate Road, London, N.W.
He was born about 1856, had a patent (#3940) already in 1878, and lived until at least 1911.[1]
