Roland de Bussy

Roland de Bussy, was an aero inventor, maybe the same "Jean-François Roland de Bussy", earlier associated with locations including Paris (20, rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière, Seine), working with combustibles relevant to propulsion. In his later, and absolutely aeronautic, work with Meynard, the two are associated with Algiers (Algeria).
