Renato Giampietro was an aero inventor at 36 via dei Mille, Turin, Italy.

Giampietro filed a patent in Italy in 1910, and a supplement in 1911, which have correlates in France, Great Britain, and Hungary, at least. This patent describes a biplane with various stabilizing mechanisms including elevators attached to the rear of the planes.
