An extensive quote, which I think is translated from Henry Farman regarding the superiority of airplanes over steerable balloons (lenkbaren Luftballoons) in wartime: greater speed, etc. Skepticism about these claims and a call for proof of the value of airplanes.
"Aëroplane" is defined as a heavier-than-air flying machine. Doesn't really clear up intended meaning of "Drachenflieger."
