Section on "Transatlantic Clubs" focuses on France but covers some German groups as well. Describes creation of a dedicated aero park along Jean Jacques Rousseau Street. Presumably different from the Parc de Saint-Cloud which had long been in operation.

Hamburger Verein für Luftschiffahrt created, with 300 members attending its first meeting on February 17.

The club owns a new balloon of 1,500 cubic meters. It was christened "Hamburg." The club is the second in point of membership and the wealthiest in the empire and seems destined to take a prominent part in German aeronautics.
