Pedro Zanni was a celebrated Argentine pilot, especially in the 1920s. His parents were Italian immigrants. He earned pilot's license in 1913 from a military school or academy. He attempted to fly all the way around the world in the 1920s.[1]
Zanni and Eduardo Olivero have been characterized as the most important pilot-celebrities in Argentina in the 1920s. Olivero went to Italy in 1915 (aged 18 or 19) to join the war effort and was a pilot there.[2]
