Balloon with wings operated by aeronaut on platform; rudder; wings curved convex upward can flap; tail acts as rudder for steering but can also flap – its blades open up to increase air resistance on downstroke; exhaust pipe feeds back into gasbag, allowing the vessel to stay aloft for longer.
