A flying machine with series of blades revolving around a transmission shaft ; but doesn't use words like helicopter or propeller. Why not? The device seems mechanically complicated ; there seem to be wheels rotating around the spokes and endpoints of the main wheel/impeller. He refers to planetary gears. Not clear if this rotating assemblage is for horizontal propulsion, vertical lift, or both, although it seems designed to be flexible with multiple kinds of pivot and flexibility.

  • Tech class CPC B64C39/005 Aircraft not otherwise provided for with wings, paddle wheels, bladed wheels, moving or rotating in relation to the fuselage about a horizontal transversal axis
  • Inventor location: Citizen of the Swiss Republic, located at NYC, New York county, NY (FIPSloc=36061, imputed by HistPat)
