Has pivoting wings on springs, composed of a plurality of planes joined directly at their inner ends and connected with their outer extremities subtended by a truss chord; wings may be flat balloons containing buoyant gas; operator moves them by transferring weight from feet to support rods gripped by arms; & therefore can flap the wings up and down by jumping.
