(Reference is made herein to a patent filed, or at least of "convention priority" 1913-04-21. A number of Gustav Lilienthal's filings, German and otherwise, are clustered around that date, with some ambiguity relative to date filed versus date of protection beginning and so forth. Patent DE-1913-287314 is being tentatively treated as a parent patent here, though it was filed 1913-04-22. Patent GB-1914-9876 likewise shares the 1913-04-21 priority date reference, and it is also treated as a Patent DE-1913-287314 descendant. Priority date "1913-04-21" features quite extensively across the inventor's Espacenet data. We may have to revisit this. Patent DE-1913-mr may be Patent DE-1913-287314, incidentally.)
