Here, once again, we have Hungarian oddity between the datapage and the displayed original, here "Megjelent 1911. évi november hó 17-án", "Published on 17 november 1911". The 1911.10.15 date given as "Publication/disclosure" could therefore be a date granted, though that is awkward. Consistency regarding filing dates at least seems dependable.

As a Louis Blériot patent filed outside of France, this is almost definitely to be seen as part of a patent family.
