This is another one of our still very few cases in which the “Publication/disclosure” displayed within the Hungarian website data comes later than the “Megjelent (year). évi (month) hó (day)-én (or án)”, that is “Released (month) (day), (year)” displayed on the original. The dates are always quite close, in this case being one day apart. We do really know of any officially different significance between these dates. In any case, fortunately, this does not affect our “year granted”.
Relations between this patents and the others filed by Heinrich Mack are currently being assessed.
This is essentially the same as Patent FR-1909-401272.
Patent AT-1909-48421 is being treated as the parent patent of this family.

The “Megjelent (year). évi (month) hó (day)-én (or án)”, that is “Released (month) (day), (year)”, given on the original, is almost always later, and we do not know which legally constitutes the patent’s being “granted”.
