Patent HU-1898-13195

HUngarian data has "Zarski Ede" for our Edward Zarski, resident in Lille. We have little on his ultimate ethnic or national background. This is absolutely part of a family. This original, incidentally, has "Megjelent 1898. évi deczember hó 21-én" (that is, "Published on 21 December 1898"). The 1898-12-03 date given as "Publication/disclosure" could therefore be a date granted, though that is awkward.
