Incidentally, this patent was found on Espacenet by way of cross-referencing "aviation" in the patent title field, with "Renault", in the applicant field. Aviation does not appear in the actual title, but is emphasized within the original text.
Reference is made herein to a French patent filed 1916-03-30. This has not been found, though 1900-1920 and RENAULT and B64 Espacenet results are of interest. In the nature of these elements cross-referenced we have motors, and exclusively motors as applied to aviation. Other approaches, based on FR, for instance, minus the B64, are needed to needed to gather a few airplane motors not designated within B64...
