Essentially a description of a unique airfoil curve:

The sheet is bent to a curve similar to that of an ordinary aero-foil except that the downwardly inclined front portion is extended forwards by a portion of reverse curvature which is nearly horizontal or which has the fornt edge of the nearly horizontal part slightly raised upwards as shown in Figs. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings, respectively.

To be made preferably of smooth aluminum alloy, or steel, or other sheet metal, or three-ply wood, or paper-maché.
