"Steering and balancing.-The control planes of aeroplanes are connected to separate balancing-surfaces in such a manner that the pull on the controls due to air pressure on the balancing-surfaces counterbalances wholly or in part that due to the pressure on the control planes" "Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 14577/15." (a reference to an earlier patent)
