This original notes the patent as having become void, explaining the print as revealing the specification as it had become open to public inspection. This complete specification was not accepted.

Reference is made herein to an Austrian patent dated 28 December 1912, though 24 February 1912 (temporarily designated is also mentioned, as a date claimed, with reference to the Patent and Designs Act of 1907. This is Patent AT-1912-75092.

It is also mentioned that this invention was also applied for as a per se addition to Patent GB-1913-4191, which in turn and likewise makes reference to an Austrian original.

This is a second addition, and extensive reference is made to the first addition, that is Patent GB-1913-4191.18112, as well as to the original Patent GB-1913-4191. This second addition consists in further elaboration of the mechanical means by which human-powered actuation of the aircraft is achieved.
