(Reference is made herein to an Austrian patent dated 10 August 1912.)

(It is also mentioned that this invention was also applied for as a per se addition to Patent GB-1913-4191, associated with the date 24 February 1912, that is Patent AT-1912-75092. Patent GB-1913-4191 in turn and likewise makes reference to the original Austrian filing.)

(There is a much greater emphasis, within this addition, to the aircraft's being human-powered, per se, and the wings being flapping, per se, rather than being merely levered, weighted, situated and so forth, and under the influence of human muscular movement.)

(The concept here is quite definitely to be associated with principles associated with bird flight.)
