Apparatus to reduce "cavitation" meaning gas bubbles forming around a moving watercraft vessel which could damage it. (Does not seem to mean the low-pressure "vacuum" behind a craft which can tend to pull it backward.) This patent is focused on watercraft, with a passing mention that it would apply to torpedoes, projectiles, and flying machines.

This is an addition to Patent GB-1908-5113 which itself makes reference to the Italian priority date 1907-03-09.
