Reference is made to the French filing priority date 1907-05-22.
Reference is also made to earlier British 1908 specifications numbered 221 and 1288. British original patent documents can get thorny in this regard. This is a system of surfaces arranged to automatically deform in a way that compensates for wind influences which disturb the stability or course ; ropes, tailplane, automatic.
