Amusements for fairs and the like: Kite, having a protecting-balustrade, can carry passengers, is drawn into the air by a rope leading to a carriage on a track going around winding-drums driven rapidly by a motor. A second car with spring supports acts as a support for the kite before and after its flight. Or the kite rests before and after its flight on a pair of parallel endless ropes which, passing over driving- pulleys, pull the kite backwards and forwards.
