(This patent is of peculiar intrigue. It has to do with captive airplane! A line, from which the airplane is suspended, aids both in terms of navigation and in terms of support, under circumstances in which heavier-than-air lift is prohibited by a lack of sufficient speed. Being that this structure must be pre-arranged, and cannot therefore be called upon otherwise, the value is peculiar. It is applicable to routine intercity travel.)
