The patent document says: "Certificat de garantie délivré à M. Fleury à l'occasion de l'Exposition international de locomotion aérienne ouverte à Paris le 8 décembre 1911 -- Déclaration du déposant." That presumably refers to the 3rd Paris aviation exhibition which is listed on that page as starting on 16 Dec 1911.
Commentary and questions
The reason for mentioning the "certificat de garantie" event, or its significance, legal or otherwise, is being noted. We have at least one other case of this, in Patent FR-1912-427852.15710.
