his is the third addition to Patent FR-1908-405961, which brevet was filed 1908-11-26.

This patent also makes reference to the material processes described in “les brevets français de M. Schoop, no. 406.387, du 7 octobre 1910, 407.178 du 23 août 1909 et 426.882 du 20 septembre 1909”. Upon some investigation no. 406387 should read as being filed 1909-08-23, indeed filed by a Max-Ulrich Schoop, and with appropriate subject matter, the 7 October 1910 date not being mentioned anywhere, neither as filing date nor date of acceptance nor date of publication. This French patent makes reference to a German patent, as likely do the others. We are glad to have this all on hand, but may only follow the non-aero thread so far.

Were we to include these non-aero patents, they would be designated at Patent FR-1909-406387 and Patent FR-1909-407178 and Patent FR-1909-426882.
