(The emphasis of this innovation has simply to do with the wing's area of greatest "concavity", or thickness, being situated towards the back, rather than the front, of the wing. This is also put in terms of that side of the wings which attacks, or cuts into, the air, as opposed to that which "leaves" the air. The wings sharper edge, therefore, in the case of this particular wing, will do the cutting into the air, with the rounder edge being at the rear, as it were "leaving" the air, all this being contrasted with the majority of other wing structures.)
