Presumably matches Patent IT-1908-97480; the French version was actually submitted a couple weeks earlier than the Italian.
Although this patent has "dirigeable" in the title and uses the phrase "navire aérien" in the claims, the aircraft envisioned is more like an airplane, elevated by lift from propeller and wings:
Cette invention a pour objet un naivre aérien dirigeable dénommé aéroplane, dans lequel l'ascension est effectuée par un propulseur horizontal supérieur, dont la grandeur et telle qu'il peut servir également comme parachute.
