This patent makes reference to a German filing dated 1908-11-09. This French patent is only temporarily being treated as a parent patent.

Assuming strict applicability of the term "aviation" to the heavier-than-air, exceptions to this being quite rare, then we may have here something along the lines of an airplane buttressed with aspects of LTA. In fact, it seems that the hot gases leaving the motor are orientated in a "serpentine" manner to hit the wings, advantageously in the interests of lift and so forth. Further, the hot gases "may also" be fed into Ballonets.
