Flying machine (we might call it a helicopter) with two propellers rotating in opposite directions. Car structure is built with system for altering center of gravity to change the inclination and thus direction of the craft.

There's also Patent IT-1909-105393. If it's the same patent, we might assume this is the first filing, as we believe there was no Dutch patent office at the time.
