This is a dirigible system. It is driven by a propeller. It is well conceived visually, and with a fleshed-out approach to the particularities of operation.

This inventor may be the same person as Auguste Paul Larrigaudière, author of the 1895 book about submarine torpedo boats called Etude sur la construction d'un nouveau type de torpilleur sous-marin, suivie d'un plan de campagne traité au point du vue du mode d'envahissement d'un territoire ennemi. (Manuscrit inédit, Chigny, Marne, 1895).[1]
