Patent FR-1903-329610

This invention consists fundamentally of two special parachutes, a lower one which is fixed, the other of a rectilinear movement, such that a thinning of air is produced by the descent of the mobile parachute and a calling of air (or increasing of air density-resistance) when the parachute raises again, so as to determine or stably guide the uprising of the entire aircraft.

These gentlemen could have been brothers, and Hungarian. They may have had some connection to Vasdényey Géza and Vasdényey Dezső of Patent HU-1901-28033. In the later Patent FR-1909-394427 we have "Didier de Vasdényey et Cie" with no outright reference to Victor de Vasdényey.
